Incorporated in 2019, The Marine Way Consultancy GmbH (TMWC) commenced providing innovative maritime services to a diverse clientele in the maritime and offshore wind industry. This client base includes wind farm operators, shipping companies, insurance firms, as well as maritime and offshore service providers. Guided by its vision to advance the maritime industry through the implementation of innovations in health, safety, environment, and risk management, TMWC has actively engaged in multiple projects within shipping and offshore wind, collaborating with clients and partners who share this ambitious vision.

In 2019, Captain Ralf Trützschler founded TMWC and assumed the role of Managing Director after working in various leadership positions within the shipping, offshore, and insurance industry for more than 30 years. Over the course of his career, he gained experience as an officer on commercial ships and in shipping companies, ship managers, classification societies, and surveyor organizations.
