Role: Maritime Professionals
As a professional with high expertise and multiple years of relevant experience as a Master Mariner, Engineer, Naval Architect, or in another relevant function in the maritime or offshore industry, challenging projects and promising career prospects await you at TMWC. Role: Business Functions
Our employees in the back office are responsible for administrative matters at TMWC and support our consultants in day-to-day business activities, making them indispensable to the team. We offer full and part-time positions for applicants from various backgrounds and experience levels.

Working Time Model
Since you spend large parts of your working hours on-site or traveling, we grant you up to a half day of additional free time each day you are away from home.
